Blue
Coffees from the blue category offer a smooth and comforting cup, perfect for filter brewing. With a lovely roundness and balanced flavors, they are easy to enjoy every day.
Yellow
Yellow category coffees feature naturally decaffeinated beans. Behind the absence of caffeine lie subtle, intriguing flavors that are often underestimated. We set out to give decaf a fresh image so everyone can enjoy a great cup of coffee anytime, without waiting for the next day.
Sky
Sky category coffees reveal fruity and floral notes reminiscent of tea, which shine through beautifully in filter brew methods. They also appeal to espresso lovers seeking pronounced, subtle flavors. A recommended tasting for those passionate about discovering something new.
Green
Green category coffees are perfectly roasted for espresso, delivering rich chocolate notes, bright acidity, and a touch of mild bitterness. Their balanced body makes them an excellent match for milk-based drinks.
Alongside our micro-roastery, we wanted to create a true space for sharing. That’s why we launched the 2AM Coffee School, offering masterclasses for everyone, coffee lovers, enthusiasts, and professionals alike. Everyone is welcome!
