Blue
Coffees from the blue category offer a smooth and comforting cup, perfect for filter brewing. With a lovely roundness and balanced flavors, they are easy to enjoy every day.
Yellow
Les cafés de la catégorie jaune regroupent des cafés décaféinés naturellement. Derrière l’absence de caféine, se cachent des saveurs subtiles et intéressantes, souvent sous-estimées. Le but est permettre à chacun de savourer un café à toute heure, sans se soucier de l'heure.
Sky
Les cafés de la catégorie Ciel se démarquent par leurs notes fruitées et florales, proches de celles d’un thé. Ils se révèlent pleinement en méthode filtre, mais conviennent également aux amateurs d’espresso recherchant des subtilités gustatives prononcées.
Green
Green category coffees are perfectly roasted for espresso, delivering rich chocolate notes, bright acidity, and a touch of mild bitterness. Their balanced body makes them an excellent match for milk-based drinks.
Alongside our micro-roastery, we wanted to create a true space for sharing. That’s why we launched the 2AM Coffee School, offering masterclasses for everyone, coffee lovers, enthusiasts, and professionals alike. Everyone is welcome!
