Who are 2:AM ?
2:AM is the result of a shared passion for specialty coffee, a passion that brought us together: me, Anaïs, from Montreal, and me, Marie, from Namur.
Having worked in specialty coffee for several years, we've always aimed to expand our knowledge of coffee, delving into its origins and subtle complexities.
Our adventure began in Montreal, where we worked at the same coffee shop.
It didn’t take long for us to realize that we shared the same values and a mutual desire to learn.
To enrich our expertise, we decided to go to the source of coffee, in Central America. For several months, we lived in sync with the producers, learned their craft, and discovered the full complexity of coffee cultivation.
What brings us together today is our passion and expertise, with a shared goal of going beyond the cup to uncover the story behind every bean.
This journey was a revelation: we wanted to create a project that brings together roasting, transparency, and the sharing of knowledge.
And that's how 2:AM was born our micro-roastery and coffee school in Namur
Our mission is simple yet deeply personal: to select coffees from the countries we’ve explored ourselves, so we can offer full transparency about where they come from and the people behind them.
We’ve had the chance to meet some of the producers directly at origin and discover their cultivation methods, all to bring you authentic, high-quality coffees.
For us, coffee isn’t just a drink — it’s a story, a craft, and a connection between those who grow it and those who enjoy it.
