Green category coffees are roasted to be ideal for espresso. They offer rich chocolatey notes, a noticeable acidity, and a hint of bitterness, with a balanced body that pairs well with milk.
We chose green to symbolize freshness, depth, and intensity—qualities found in a well-balanced espresso.
