In this sky coffee category, we present our "Groovy" coffee. 
We chose the name Groovy because that’s exactly what this coffee makes you feel: a sense of movement, lightness, almost like a little inner dance step. It evokes a vibrant, new tasting experience. This isn’t a coffee like the others: it’s closer to tea in its finesse and softness. It’s a wonderful alternative for those who want to discover coffee differently, break away from their usual habits, and let themselves be surprised.

This unique coffee reveals a bright freshness and natural sweetness, perfectly balanced by a controlled acidity. A vibrant and slightly bold profile that will awaken your taste buds.

Altitude: 1800-1950m

How ? 

The cherries are soaked in water and then fermented for 24 hours. Once pulped, the beans undergo dry fermentation for 54 hours before being dried on raised beds for 20 days.

Today, he continues to invest in his growth, improving infrastructure and modernizing his farm, making him an inspiring figure in the coffee industry.


Because transparency and traceability are at the heart of our vision, we’ve built a direct relationship with Wilmers. We’re planning a trip soon to San Juan, Colombia, to better understand the terroir and the valuable expertise that gives each cup its authenticity, its warmth… and that totally funky touch, unexpected and unlike anything typically found in classic coffee. A true sensory jolt, one that deserves to be discovered.
