Finca La Guayacana

This exceptional coffee comes from Finca La Guayacana, located in Buesaco, in the Nariño region of Colombia, and is grown at an altitude of 2,200 meters. The region benefits from unique natural conditions, including a cool mountain climate, abundant sunshine, and rich volcanic soils. These factors promote a slow ripening of the cherries, resulting in remarkable sweetness and great aromatic complexity.

Produced by Orígenes Coffee Co in close collaboration with local producers, this coffee is carefully monitored at every stage to fully express the character of its terroir. It is hand-picked at perfect ripeness and processed using the Honey method, which retains some of the mucilage during pulping.
