About four years ago, Marie had the chance to travel to Ethiopia. There, she discovered the terroir, immersed herself in the world of coffee, and tasted the treasures of this exceptional land. Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, is a country where every inhabitant seems to carry a unique know-how. Each person handles and processes coffee with such sensitivity that it is felt in every cup: a finesse, purity, and aromatic richness found nowhere else.
