In the Yellow coffee category, we proudly offer our "No Stress" coffee. We chose this name for a simple reason: to take the stress out of the clock and the caffeine. For some, coffee can bring anxiety or tension. With this blend, we wanted to create a smooth, approachable alternative that anyone can enjoy anytime, a coffee without pressure, in every sense of the word.

Smooth yet expressive, this decaffeinated coffee offers a silky, balanced cup with floral and fruity notes. Perfect to enjoy at any time of the day!

Betta Buna

This coffee comes from the rich volcanic soils of Guji, where high altitude and thriving biodiversity create the perfect conditions for exceptional flavor. At Bette Buna, cherries are handpicked, naturally fermented, and sun-dried with great care. Beyond quality, the farm is deeply committed to community development, providing workers with fair wages, housing, and access to education, helping build a brighter future for the Guji region.

About four years ago, Marie had the chance to travel to Ethiopia. There, she discovered the terroir, immersed herself in the world of coffee, and tasted the treasures of this exceptional land. Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, is a country where every inhabitant seems to carry a unique know-how. Each person handles and processes coffee with such sensitivity that it is felt in every cup: a finesse, purity, and aromatic richness found nowhere else.
