In this green category, we feature our Espresso.
We chose the name Mañana as a nod to the language spoken in the coffee’s country of origin. But the word also evokes both the present and the future: today's morning and tomorrow. That’s exactly what this coffee represents: a blend made to become part of your daily ritual, until it feels indispensable.
This smooth, well-rounded coffee offers a beautifully harmonious sensory profile. On the palate, it reveals a silky texture, supported by natural sweetness and well-balanced acidity.

How ?
The coffee cherries are handpicked and processed the same day to preserve their freshness. The fermentation lasts between 13 and 15 hours, followed by drying on African beds under full sun for a period of 15 to 20 days.
